1. Service Description

ReliableUptime provides website monitoring, uptime tracking, and alerting services to help you monitor your online presence.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account

You are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service

One person may not maintain more than one free account

3. Payments and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance

All payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time

Refunds are available within 30 days for annual subscriptions

4. Acceptable Use

Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms

Do not attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to the service

Do not monitor websites without proper authorization

Do not use the service to send excessive requests that could harm monitored websites

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime

We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability

We are not responsible for issues beyond our control (internet outages, etc.)

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Upon termination, your access to the service will cease

Data may be retained for a reasonable period as outlined in our Privacy Policy

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
